week six

week six - 15/8/11

A bit of a happy snappy, but it was a choice of this or me being miserable under my covers in bed.

This is me and my youngest baby, on the steps of Parliament House after the "Ban Live Exports Rally" yesterday here in Melbourne. It was a beautiful morning, with inspiring and intelligent speakers, and there were so many people there from many different walks of life, giving voice to the animals. It was Ivy's first rally, and I'm glad she was there with me. Funnily enough she kept saying she wanted to hold a "triangle sign" - The Greens - and I wasn't sure if she was too young? lol. I hope she grows up to be a soft hearted, tree huggin, animal lovin hippie, just like her mumma ♥
